Online shoppers save time commuting to and from the shopping mall to buy required products. Retailers can sell the products with an attractive discount because of the removal of shopping mall costs.

Most customers who have bought the goods provide reviews for potential buyers sensitizing them on what they are buying, that is in case they buy the same product. These reviews help potential customers to make better decisions while shopping online.

The buyers have so many options and various brands to choose from in a single place. The wide variety helps customers get the best in terms of price and quality of the product being sold.

Sending surprise gifts to family and friends can be easily achieved via online shopping. It helps spread love and happiness during occasions such as birthdays, anniversaries, etc. Gifts can be delivered on customers' behalf even if you might be far away.

Online shopping decreases contact with the community. Talking to real people and the movement from where you are to these shopping malls is good for your health. The movements help in exercising the body.

Delay in Delivery Time

At times delays in the delivery of ordered products can be experienced. It often happens during festive seasons when there are overwhelmed with online orders. It could be delayed by 5 to 10 days.

Lack of Touch with Items

It is not possible to touch and feel the products you are ordering. This challenge is experienced when ordering items such as clothes which need your feel to know the kind of materials used.

At times products do get damaged in transit. It takes some time to resolve, especially if you paid before delivery. If you need the product at a specific period, it may force you to take other options.
